Our company offers a French phone location service distinct from telephone service providers. We operate in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act. It is strictly forbidden to use geolocation data for harassment, tracking, or to conduct investigations on third parties, or for any illegal act. The location of any phone number requires the express and prior authorization of the owner of the line concerned. In the absence of this prior authorization, no geolocation information will be disclosed for this specific line.

At the end of this period, the subscription to our unlimited offer will be automatically renewed at the rate of €19.80 every 2 weeks.

How geolocation works

1.1 What is a geolocation service?

This is a service that allows you to locate a mobile phone from its number. Whether it's a person to locate via their mobile or a lost/stolen phone to find, our service gives you access to effective and legal tools to maximize your chances.

1.2 Is it legal?

In accordance with CNIL regulations, before sharing a position, our geolocation system requires the prior authorization of the phone owner to be located. So if the person you wish to locate does not accept to share their current position with our service, we will unfortunately not be able to communicate their location to you.

1.3 Does this geolocation service work with all mobiles?

Our service allows you to locate a mobile phone regardless of brand and operator.

1.4 What is the geographical coverage of our service?

Our service is functional worldwide as long as the mobile you wish to locate has a minimum of network to be able to emit a signal.

1.5 Is the geolocation request anonymous?

By default, any geolocation request is 100% anonymous. Your email is indeed confidential, it is only requested to mention it in order to create your account, it will never be communicated. However, to maximize your chances, when you launch a geolocation request we strongly advise you to specify your "name" and "first name" in the fields provided for this purpose. You will thus significantly increase your chances of having a positive response.

1.6 What happens when you launch a geolocation?

When a geolocation request is launched, the number to be located receives a series of several SMS spaced over time, inviting them to share their position with our service. In accordance with CNIL regulations, before sharing a position, our geolocation system requires the prior authorization of the phone owner to be located. If the person accepts to share their position, you will receive an SMS on your mobile with a link allowing you to access a map showing the exact location of the person at the time they accepted sharing. Note that if you have not specified your identity, the SMS will be 100% anonymous. However, to maximize your chances, when you launch a geolocation request we strongly advise you to specify your "name" and "first name" in the fields provided for this purpose.

1.7 I have not received any response from our service, what should I do?

In accordance with CNIL regulations, before sharing a position, our geolocation system requires the prior authorization of the phone owner to be located. So if the person you wish to locate does not accept to share their current position with our service, we will unfortunately not be able to communicate their location to you. In this case, if you still have not received a response about the location of the phone being searched after 4 hours, we advise you to make a new geolocation request by specifying your identity. You will thus potentially increase your chances of having a positive response to your request.

1.8 Can we geolocate a lost, stolen or turned off mobile?

If you are looking to locate a lost phone, consult the "New location request" section in your client area, then choose the option "Find the position of a lost or stolen phone". You will thus access tutorials/advice allowing you to launch all the necessary steps to maximize your chances of finding your mobile. These tutorials are only available for mobiles running on Android or iOS. Note, a turned off phone is a phone that has no network. However, our tutorial will potentially allow you to know the last recorded position of your phone before it turned off.

1.9 How long does a location take?

You receive the location immediately after the person has clicked on the SMS to accept your geolocation request.

2.1 Why are you receiving this SMS?

You have received an SMS from Geomobile.info? This means that a person has used our site to launch a geolocation request on your mobile. However, in accordance with CNIL regulations, before sharing your position, our geolocation system requires your prior authorization. For this we will send you a total of a limited series of 10 SMS to invite you to share your position with our service.

2.2 How to accept to be geolocated?

Simply click on the link received by SMS to accept sharing your position. We will thus communicate only your position at the time you click on the SMS, no real-time tracking of your mobile will be accessible to anyone, including our service.

2.3 How to refuse to be geolocated?

Simply do not click on the link received in the SMS, thus, your position will not be shared.

2.4 The prerequisites necessary to be geolocatable?

To be geolocatable, you must click on the link received by SMS, then have a minimum of network to be able to emit a signal and thus communicate your position.

We remind you that our geolocation service is a paid service offered in the form of a 24-hour discovery offer at €0.50. At the end of the discovery offer and if you do not cancel, your subscription will be automatically renewed, with tacit renewal, for a payment of €19.80 every 2 weeks. 3.2 You notice a charge on your bank account from our company
